Zero Tolerance

HerDrive does not tolerate sexual harassment, verbal abuse, inappropriate behaviour, stalking, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, offensive messages, threats or any conduct that creates an unsafe environment.

Reporting a Concern

Any employee, chauffeur, customer or partner may report inappropriate behaviour to HerDrive support using the contact details below.

Confidentiality & Action

HerDrive will review complaints confidentially and take suitable action as per company policy and applicable law.

Internal Committee

If HerDrive reaches the employee threshold required under applicable law, an Internal Committee will be formed as required under the POSH Act.

Emergencies

For serious threats or emergency situations, customers and chauffeurs should immediately contact local police or emergency services.
