About Our Services
HerDrive provides women-driven cab and chauffeur services including airport transfers, city rides, hourly rentals, corporate bookings, hotel transfers and family travel.
Booking Information
Customers must provide accurate booking details including pickup location, drop location, date, time and contact number.
Fares & Charges
Fares may vary based on distance, time, vehicle type, waiting time, tolls, parking charges, night charges, route changes and special requirements.
Customer Conduct
Customers must behave respectfully with chauffeurs and company staff. Any harassment, abuse, unsafe behaviour, illegal activity or misconduct may lead to ride cancellation without refund.
Ride Cancellations by HerDrive
HerDrive may cancel, reschedule or modify rides due to vehicle unavailability, chauffeur unavailability, weather, traffic, safety risks, operational reasons or force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
HerDrive will make reasonable efforts to provide safe and timely service but will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, technical issues or situations beyond company control.
